Winemaker Marcelo Papa was in Brazil the week of August 5 and presented the 2016 Marques de Casa Concha Etiqueta Negra.

During the week of August 5, winemaker Marcelo Papa traveled to Sao Paulo to lead a number of press activities including tastings with renowned print and digital media to present the 2016 Marques de Casa Concha Etiqueta Negra.

Etiqueta Negra is a top-of-the-line blend that shows the potential of the celebrated Puente Alto terroir in the Maipo Valley. Made with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Cabernet Franc, and 8% de Petit Verdot, this blend shows tremendous elegance, complexity, and a strong sense of origin.

The local press, including the renowned journalist Suzanna Bareli, wine editor for Menu magazine, had high praise for Etiqueta Negra, citing the character and complexity of this new wine from Marques de Casa Concha.

During his stay, Marcelo Papa also participated in the successful Tasting Sao Paulo event organized by Wines of Chile, where he had the opportunity to interact with those who attended and present the most recent vintages of Marques de Casa Concha wines.
