The 2018 vintage offers an outstanding quality of red wines never before seen. The balanced climate conditions and the excellent quality of the grapes make this one of the best harvests in recent years, producing red wines with a notable explosion of aromas and balance.
Marcelo Papa, Technical Director of Concha y Toro has described the 2018 vintage of the winery’s red wines as an “Extraordinary Harvest.” “It is a unique vintage for the red wines, not just because of the season’s exceptional qualities, but also because it produced wines with a magnificent depth, polished tannins and great strength,” explains Marcelo.
To highlight these exceptional conditions, Concha y Toro has carried out the “Extraordinary Harvest” campaign, which groups together the winery’s Super Premium and Premium lines -Casillero del Diablo, Trio, Gran Reserva Serie Riberas and Marques de Casa Concha- the latter of which has already made its red varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Malbec, Syrah, Merlot and Pinot Noir, available in the key markets for purchase from supermarkets and specialized stores.
