La CAV magazine’s most recent wine guide, the Guía Mesa de Cata 2023 awarded the rosé from Marques de Casa Concha 94 points.
The Marques de Casa Concha Cinsault Rosé was recognized by the La CAV magazine as Chile’s best rosé.
The 2023 edition of La CAV’s Guía Mesa de Cata wine guide bestowed the award upon the label along with a score of 94 points, calling it “A fantastic expression of rosé in one of the lesser-known faces of the variety.”
The guide’s tasting note describes it as “Light, bright salmon-pink. Medium aromatic intensity, very fruity, strawberry, cherry, lime, mineral nuance. On the palate, it has high acidity, fresh, fruity, and with a medium finish. Delicious.”
The Marques de Casa Concha Cinsault Rosé is made with 90% Cinsault and 10% Garnacha from the Itata Valley. The area’s climate features cool, windy days during the summer and rainy weather in the winter. Its sandy, mineral-rich soils are ideal for the production of high-quality wines. This wine has an alcohol content of 12.5% and is perfect to accompany appetizers and spicy foods.
