The 2016 Marques de Casa Concha Pinot Noir received a gold medal, the equivalent of 93 points, in the 2018 Global Pinot Noir Masters competition organized by England’s The Drinks Business magazine.
The Drinks Business, one of the UK’s primary specialized magazines, organizes the Global Pinot Noir Masters competition every year to find and celebrate the best examples of the variety from around the world.
In this year’s version, the 2016 Marques de Casa Concha Pinot Noir earned a gold medal and 93 points. The recognition was granted by a panel of judges headed by Patrick Schmitt MW, editor-in-chief of the influential medium, and composed of Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers, and some of the UK’s most important buyers.
